Given his job status, moving, lack of content, and the amount of times he has moved, I'd say that type of speculation has merit.
Given the way YouTube, sponsorships, and Patreon works, I’d say this type of speculation has no merit.
Pretty much every video is sponsored and based on his viewcount he probably charges 5k-10k per sponsored video. That is not even taking into account google adsense revenue. Plus I'm sure his parents would help him financially in case anything bad happens.

Yep, the worse the ads the better they pay. Hello Fresh which is pretty well known and established was paying 50$ per 1000 views, these lesser known brands pay even better.
The highest paying ads are usually those shitty mobile games.
