Mark e miller & ethan

They've grown up, but I used to like how Mark behaved somehow like the gay version of the knight that comes to save the prince; or the guy who comes at night, knocks on your window to take you somewhere with him and stuff.
I understand exactly what you talking about. Not that Mark isn't still this person but they have matured as has the relationship so it's a fifteenth now. Plus they don't do those same type of videos anymore so we see that side of him as much as we used to.

So I’m just curious how everyone feels about Mark never really saying anything “political” I guess...he hasn’t said much about the BLM movement except for “stay safe guys sending all my love” and I remember when Pulse happened all he posted was “sending positive vibes”. So I never really knew how to feel about him not really speaking up. I don’t know if any of this makes sense but I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed this and pondered on it. I’m sure he’s a great guy but this always frustrated me...especially Pulse because it’s literally the community that has helped his career to grow

It's why i stopped following them, they are the living breathing embodiment of every negative gay stereotype.

The republican closet is one he hasn't come out of yet.

It’s cuz he’s white, he can’t understand the other parts of the communities because even in the gay community he still has privilege compared to everyone else just because of the color of his skin

I actuality didn't notice, don't know how I missed it. Probably because I never expected that from them but I am surprised by Pulse though. Maybe they want to stay of of politics as it is natural divisive and they want to remain in a space of positivity but at the same time, silence only makes the situation worse. Here I was about to talk about how I just watched some of their old videos for nostalgia.

they've always been more doers than performative activists like most on insta/twitter, which I appreciate. I know that they did the women's protests/marches in LA, did a lot of charity work with the LGBT center, donate the clothes they don't wear, and do most of their shopping at thrift stores. And I don't think either of them are Republicans. lol

Or it's because he's white and he knows that nobody particularly cares what he thinks about the situation...
Not saying that's correct, just that your interpretation is unnecessarily cynical.

People care otherwise he wouldn’t have a platform on YouTube and Instagram right?

it's not much a matter of doing a performance. it's a matter of using their platform to speak out and spread awareness. this shit happened days ago and only now he's posting something about it
