As a general rule, I totally agree with you. In this situation, however, what would Mark do if everyone stopped paying? He’s never had a job outside of being an influencer. His YouTube career has all but dried up (he himself has acknowledged that in a previous video), and the entertainment industry is in a free fall right now (LA Times, NY Times and Industry publications have all recently put out articles on this) so I don’t see him being able to transition to a more mainstream career in that. On top of which, he hasn’t been consistent with anything he’s done (videos, podcasts, posts on anything) since the break up. Do we really think our boy is gonna go get a job at Whole Foods or Erewhon? He’s previously said he might shake his dick if he had to…

It really is kinda crazy how little he’s done on any platform recently. He must be getting enough from Patreon to not have to worry. As a fan I wish he was a little less comfortable just charging high prices for nothing really of value, because then at least he would create content. At this point too, I wonder who’s subscribing to anything lower than the $30 tier, because he only seems to post things at that tier now when he does occasionally post. What could those other tier subscribers possibly be getting out of their subscriptions?

Check his IG, he moved AGAIN! That’s at least once a year (maybe closer to twice) over the last decade. Boy is obsessed with his own wanderlust. I admire certain qualities about Mark like his optimism and joy for loving in the moment but he also strikes me as someone also completely lost in a sense.

On the constant moving, isn’t he like a digital nomad? His job is virtual so he doesn’t have anything tying him to cities he lives in briefly. no relationship too.
