I think he's just not comfortable being sexual online. I would be lol But he clearly is not but he tries to be. Him trying really hard to have these thirst traps etc. just comes across uncomfortable at least to me.
I think one has to WANT to be sexual and show that to others to make it. Mark obviously doesn't want that. It's so obvious. He should do something else. When he was in LA, he started a podcast that was cool and him talking about books was cool as well.

I was recommended the "light therapy" approach while in a socal rehab center. The effexor and/or basic antidepressants worked much better. He still smokes weed which can cause a perceived heightening of mood but goes away when the high is gone. He needs real psychological/psychiatrist help IMO...the BetterHelp collab obviously isn't working.Do you think his cannabis use might be him transfering his problems? He uses it like alcohol(?)

Yes. No matter how natural or benign pot use seems it is still a mood altering drug. Recreational/pain relieving use is one thing but using it as an emotional crutch is another. I'm not him tho. I can only base my opinion on my own personal experiences.
truly it's insane that he basically offers several-hundred-dollar therapy sessions to people as someone who is unlicensed and presumably untreated himself.
I think he overthinks his life. And while his friendship with Donny is cute, it's bordering something that I had in high-school....
He should be completely sober from all substances (not from antidepressants if they're prescribed to him) and just let life come to him as is. If he doesn't wan't to be sexual online, then not do it. If he wants a podcast, then do that.

Poor Mark has such corn fed Midwest tastes, attractions and values, even a Canadian Portuguese guy might be too spicy for him.

It's crazy how much the breakup is still affecting him. It's like he was living it up while in a relationship,but once they broke up he's been in a slump ever since.
