like, maybe the conclusion of the video should've been that at the time you were pretty sheltered and thought that because your college campus was accepting everyone was more accepting, but that isn't how the real world works, because often times, hubs like colleges, city centers, places that are deemed progressive in general, are gonna have a much more accepting mentality towards minorities, which doesn't mean the world is more accepting and progressive, it just means there's less bigots in those areas.
