I think he's a handsome man. I also think Paulo Costanzo, his Royal Pains co-star, is rather attractive--and based on the commercials for the show, he does a lot of shirtless scenes. I'm looking forward to it.

Has anyone had the opportunity to watch the premier episode??/ If not you must be on another planet casue the network has shown it over and over and over. But there are some nice bulge shots of the sexy Mark! Sorry I do not have the knowledge or equipment for sreen shots, but I know someone out there does.....
