Ok I have had it with him. I sent him $250 on Pay pal, he sends photos would be sent out in the week, not completely ignoring me.
I am not even sure filing complaint to of will do as not paid through them so looks like he stole $250 from me.
To many are getting away with it

Had this happen to me. He screwed me out of $100. I contacted OF support. They said it doesn't matter what the creator puts in the description, they can create the context of their content as they please. they don't do any refunds unless the creator breaks the law or violates terms of service. You used PayPal though so that's a whole other ball game.

Well they do refunds if nothing is sent or creator doesn't reply but yes I agree. There still be hope as he might still send something anyway
