I just recently discovered this thread - and the "Markas Loa" OF page. That name respelling threw me off track. This thread has been a fascinating read.
Marcus is very my type, and I was hoping to see more of him than a standard Google search would turn up. So I decided to give the OF a go and subscribe. For the $7.99 U.S. it cost, I was more than willing.
I can't comment on DM messaging with him or on any PPV/paywall content, as I haven't done either as of this writing. I can only comment on the main feed content.
The content is pretty evenly divided between photos and videos, and the quality is pretty high. The photos I've seen so far range in size from 600x900 to 3840x5761 sizes. The videos range from a few seconds to a few minutes (a recent one is about 7 min.). You can see from the oldest photos to the newer photos that he's upped his game quite a bit from those older mirror selfies to where he is now.
You have to temper Your expectations and go in knowing what You probably will and probably won't see. Here's what I didn't see:
His foreskin & his bellend. Though if You're eagle-eyed You'll catch quick glimpses in some videos.
His hole. It's not blatantly shown, but again, if You're eagle-eyed You'll catch quick glimpses in some videos - and even in some photos.
What I did see: everything else.
You see his full body - head to feet - in all styles, colours, and types of skimpy underwear. Sometimes wet. Sometimes mesh or see-through. Some with full hardon (yes, it's big). Lots of armpit, pubes, and his savory blonde furry ass.
Marcus never shows his full penis for some reason (and I'd love to see it), but we see a good 75% of it in many photos and videos.
Most of the content is wankable, and some of it is extremely hot. I've seem more of this stunning man on his OF than I thought I would. To that end, I'm very happy with the main feed, and I'd say it was $7.99 very well spent. Hope he keeps up the good work (and keeps upping his game!).
I'd be interested in hearing more about the DM/messaging/PPV problems people have had if anyone cares to DM me (and not hog up this thread).

Description misleading. All of them. And then for customs, he asks for money in advance. YES. He does. I swear on my life and my family's life, I saved the screenshots of all our convo. Once he has the money, he will make you wait and wait and wait for weeks. Cos he is "busy".
And then once he sends you the custom you paid for (worth around $300 to $500) - You'll be scratching your head. Cos it's not what you agreed about. Like not at all. Not even close.
And when you tell him about it, he will say he forgot, you give him the benefit of the doubt, then he will make you wait again for weeks. Until you just give up asking and messaging him and begging him to honor your agreement. He reads your messages and takes forever to reply with another "Been going thru a lot. I'm busy, I will send it tomorrow morning, I promise"
Then tomorrow comes, then the day after then the week after.
Then you realized you're being scammed and confront him about it, and he replies with "I cannot believe you're thinking that about me, I am honest guy but very busy"
And you fall again, cos he says he's gonna send it within the day. Then you wait. And then you wait and then you wait. It's been 2 months. I still have a couple of days left with my subscription but nope, not renewing anymore. And yes, he can just keep the money.
I honestly will gain nothing saying this (wow)
I just really don't want another person to make the same mistakes I did.
Or maybe it's just me, cos im dumb, haha.
