Well...Guess who's the asshole? It's me. Here I was doubting all of you for being wary of the Markiplier OF stuff in the first place and he changes the conditions halfway through the challenge. I'm not afraid to humble myself. I'm sorry.

Anyway, here's hoping there are plenty of people willing to pay $15 to watch a documentary about his mom on November 13th because I will not be doing so.

Speaking of the calendar I hope that’s not the direction he takes his OF. The stuff in their was mostly goofy. The OF stuff has to come across like him sending you a nude over through text. That faux-personal sense is what makes OF appealing(at least to me)

This Jacksepticeye business is something I definitely understand. Jack has been wild on twitter pretty regularly. Not pics and stuff, but when a male Vtuber said they woke up hornier than usual Jack's reply was, "Then why haven't I gotten a DM?" lol I'm loving it.

This is what I think is happening.
(forgive me if this theory was always discussed, I skim through most of the posts on here)

I think Mark was thinking it would take a week or two for the community to reach the first goal, which would have given him enough time to book a photo shoot, sort through and ok a few photos. Have them touched up. Set up the account, (cause it takes like 24 hours for them to approve your account/tax info).
And when he saw that the community completed the first requirements within 3 days. He may have been a little surprised, but him being a business person, decided to use this momentum to push another requirement to help give him more time to set it all up.

But that is what I think.

I doubt there was this much planning. The idea came up as a joke in a livestream, and people ran with it from there until he officially agreed to do it a few days later. I do agree about using the unexpected momentum to advertise the documentary though.

Except it’s not… the initial goals, particularly the Apple podcast goals, were likely unattainable considering the rate of which things were going.

I’m pretty certain he’s realised that we done very well but the initial goal was probably unrealistic, even for a fandom as big as his. My guess is he’s already decided to go through with the OnlyFans and he’d like to support the documentary his mom worked on in the process.

considering that the website where the documentary's gonna be hosted on crashed a few times due to traffic just a bit after the update video, it's safe to say we're gonna get the onlyfans. Probably not until mid november but still.

In the video where he announces the challenge (not the livestreams where it’s initially brought up) at around 2:45-2:50 ish he specifies if the goals aren’t met we won’t get his tasteful nudes. Also in the second video about it at around 1:08-1:10 ish he says that when the new condition is met we will be provided with the promised tasteful nudes.

Although tasteful nudity technically doesn’t mean no nudity, just that the artful aspect is stronger than the sexual aspect, it is often done without showing genitalia. Just like in Mark’s tasteful nudes calendar. Although he might show more than that, it’s safe to assume that since he’s done tasteful nudes before, that they will be similar to those.
