it's not the fact that people are entitled to something they haven't paid yet, it's the fact they were promised something and it's not being delivered.
people forget that markiplier is a brand and a business, not just some random dude. when a brand or business promises something and doesn't deliver, people are gonna be mad about it, because they were hoping to buy said thing and now they got nothing.
