That's why I offered the pictures to trade before, it's safer, but apparently it's against the rules of the board. Didn't want to take advantage of the situation, just didn't want to put myself in risk.

Trading is also publishing under the law, so also illegal. You don't need to get compensation for the material you publish in order for it to be a crime and to subject you to civil liability. Maybe you're less likely to be caught, but you're still putting your fate in someone else's hands.
