First time I've seen these. Good Grief! I think things are getting a bit out of hand!
 
Well if they are not pictures of you Todd... they are fakes. I took the liberty of opening them in Photoshop and blowing them up to look at the pixels. There is a huge amount of shaped noise (dithering) around the cylinder, bottle, and tape measure. This is a sure sign of blowing up a certain part and pasting it into the same picture, and then compressing the entire image. The cap on the bottle is also the same size as the coupler, couplers are very small and NOT the size of a bottle cap. The pic with the tube pointed straight down has a wierd crop mark where the tube meets the man's pelvis as well. I'm not outright accusing these pics of being fakes, but they look extremely fishy. Here are the pics blown up with the dithered portions outlined.

I don't know if those pictures are real or not, but I have honestly met a man who was over 17" long and another who was just over 16". Neither of them looked as odd as those pictures, but they were naturally enormous and not like that guy in the picture using that tube thing.
 
Oh well, it was fun to dream for a while. Okay, it's a pipe dream to think that one could build up to 17-18 inches with the typical starting equipment of only 6, but it's still a fun dream.

You've met guys in the 16-17 inch range, Holly, did you tell them to contact Guinnes? Their record for longest human penis is only 13 inches.

IMHO, there are perspectival anomalies in each of the three compositions, which is why they may immediately strike many as 'odd' or 'incorrect' at first glance; the components within them simply aren't arranged correctly by angle for the eye to accept them as plausible.

Hold on guys, if you weren't paying attention at first, I did ask :could this be real?" and " does anyone know who this is?" So OBVIOSLY it's not me, nor am I claming it to be me, or real, I was just asking if anyone could identify who or where it came from, real or not.
