Yes there is, it is kind of a bizarre contraption, just a little tiny cylinder for your head attached to the same pump you use for the normal cylinders. Just Google penis head cylinder and you should turn up the Kaplan device. Good luck.

No,pumping is only dangerous if overdone improperly.i started pumping in 92 and have never had any ill effects,and yes it works and the results are permanent.

He must have worked very hard to fake that last pic because the measuring tape is accurate. That would have been alot of dithering. Well, I can't believe that I have to tell you people this but, he cut out the penis in the tube (didn't touch the tape measure, that's why it looks normal) It is VERY simple to cut out a series of straight lines in photoshop and then... are you reading? STRETCH IT using the transform command in the edit menu, fooling ALL OF YOU! lol!!!!
