Yes there is, it is kind of a bizarre contraption, just a little tiny cylinder for your head attached to the same pump you use for the normal cylinders. Just Google penis head cylinder and you should turn up the Kaplan device. Good luck.

No,pumping is only dangerous if overdone improperly.i started pumping in 92 and have never had any ill effects,and yes it works and the results are permanent.
The pills are a rip-off!The ONLY ONES that gain from their use are the manufacturers.

He must have worked very hard to fake that last pic because the measuring tape is accurate. That would have been alot of dithering. Also, there are no repeated skin blots on the shaft...again, he would have had to do alot of in depth work to make such a realistic fake and I can't believe someone would work that hard to perpetuate a lie.
