I listened. Interesting to hear about their different upbringings (SO from Chicago & supportive mom; MM from Virgina & homophobic parents) and their past relationship experiences (this is SO’s first; MM has had one or two other bfs). I’ve noticed he’s suddenly apartment hunting and also not mentioning Stephen in any of his stories about that. He’s implying it’s his choice alone which of these places he picks. Are they still living together / a couple?

Looking around on his Twitter he still has the cover photo with Stephen and still has photos together with him from a couple of months ago. Same with Stephen's Twitter. A bit weird of they split, no? I guess if they just did very recently that would be a reasonable explanation.
Looks like they did break up but think they might still be might be friends
