no Matt didn't pay me. But he's been a very supportive caring friend to me in bad times so I have a sense of respect and loyalty to people who actually made efforts to help me through bad shitty times when others abandon you and suddenly stop being your friends. He's earned my personal respect by being there for me in bad times. Also as a fellow queer guy with ptsd and bipolar like Matt struggles with I get his mental health struggles he battles every day are very real so you all should stop shaming people with very real mental health struggles. especially those who have litterally lost a sibling to suicide from the depression in their family. You all are horrible people as far as I'm concerned attacking him cause he has heightened emotions which is part of living with bipolar disorder. and has abandonment issues well find me 1 gay person with zero abandonment in their past causing some kind of unhealthy issues.

thats a fair question. I do think his self worth might be internally connected to his subs tbh. I think yes he definitely craves attention and love from fans and isn't able to cope well with the negative side of the industry honestly. But Honestly i think alot of it is him masking how he really feels most the time honestly. Hes put out some pretty cheery upbeat videos at times when I know for a fact hes actually at his worst depression wise. I'm more willing to bet from what i know of Matt personally his cheerful upbeat vids are actually when hes in a more depressed state. and his vent videos are often done later on after he gets past depreessiom spell connected to drama or problems.
Lets just say theres alot more trauma than fans realize going on for Matt. He's had it alot harder and tragically than he informs the public of. He's been through the worst kind of hell noone should ever have to deal with. Im not gonna get into specifics but know that its very real and horrific trauma he deals with and ptsd too.

ill add this is exactly why as someone with bipolar, ptsd, I dont do much social media at all I definitely agree with ur assessment its not healthy therapy wise at all.

nope i am just someone who knows him personally and is a personal friend to Matt. I barely ever was on his page tbh i know him in real life. He's actually really kind and helpful caring and supportive person. He's always been there for me in my times of need and had my back. So nah I won't stand by and let people false disrespect my good friend. Ill stand up and defend him cause he's actually had my back during my worst days in my life always been a loyal friend to me and has actually earned my respect and loyalty as a friend. im far from anything like Matthew i just happem to known him personally from the time he lived in Florida more recently cause he was always at the club my bestie worked at before both of them fled back up north away from that hellhole state lol
