He wasn’t actually fired. His contract ran out. Hence why he left exactly around the same time he joined. It’s been reported they couldn’t agree on terms(whether that’s pay, SLs, wh knows) and then the tabloids also reported it was due to his love life overshadowing the show.
Plus, if he’d done something serious it would’ve come out like it has other cast members. Not to mention other cast members have been in serious hot water for being late(Shona McGarty), being suspended for months(Jessie Wallace) & hitting a policeman(Wallace) and they kept their jobs!
