I think he had cruciate ligament surgery on his knee that has taken some time to recover from. He was on crutches for a while.

back when he was still thirst trapping on the reg he used to post stories going to this clinic all the time getting facials and stuff. they def offer botox and injections at the clinic so I would not be surprised if he’s had some of that done.

Same. Five lbs on me looks like ten on my face. Sucks though it worked well when I wanted to look different for a character I was playing back when I was acting.
