Download the “Nicegram Messenger Plus” app, login the same way as on Telegram (you’ll receive a verification code to Telegram), after that, if you join the group (or are already there), you should see the content on the new app. This is how I managed to see it without having to open the desktop version etc. So you can try this method if anything.
I tried everything - can't find the disable filters option on the web version, downloaded nicegram, etc. Still no luck. I'm guessing it has something to do with my phone number region. Since it's blocked by my country and I have a local phone number, I think it makes sense why I can't access the group.
