Here is an updated list on some popular pornstars present and past with all the knowledge I have so far, I am going by NBP length but may note BP in certain cases where it is interesting. The girth is midshaft or an average of their overall girth if it tapers etc and what their girth is unpumped (since the pumped girth seems to dissipate back to normal during scenes.) All sizes are them in their prime at their best. I will only do around 25 off the top of my head now but add more later.

Every estimate on that list looks rather solid. Only one I'm curious about is Jack Napier. I know there are some screencaps of him with Lex Steele facing each other I believe. Some said they were the same, others said he was a bit shorter but obviously had more girth. And then there was one video of him being measured with some measuring tape in a JAV which came around 8". I guess it's still up for debate. My personal estimate is 8x6.25 for Jack.

Danny D: 8.125x5.75 -- 8.25x6.00 MAX. He is thicker towards the end of his dick than the base. His base is probably more like 5.5 or 5.75.
Vlad: 8x6 --> I think Vlad may have been a bit more like 8.25x6.25 but IDK his dick is all fucked up.

Ian Scott isn't so big although he can look huge, but I think he has shown to be around 6.75 long, he is very thick though around 6 girth with a wide and flat girth shape. His dick is quite similar to Manuel Ferrara if he was in better shape although Ian may have slightly less girth, but close.

I generally agree with this entire list right down to the BP measurements, but I echo all of these thoughts. Jack is definitely 8 and not 8.5. Prime Lex was 8 and he's now 7.5, which is why he's similar to Omar. What's more, I agree Julio is about 8x6 without his pump. I also think Vlad could be as big as 8.3 max length based on his measurement photos, but he was only in the 7 inch range before he did whatever the fuck he did to his dick, so I think his measurements should have an asterisk by them in general. As for Danny D, I agree he could be 6 inch girth and why "8.125"? Was it just a typo and you meant 8.25? He looks 8-8.25 to me so just curious. I also agree that Johnny Sins might have an even smaller fat pad than 0.25.
I otherwise agree with the entire list and would like to see Dredd (8.5 MAX, 6.25?), Alex Jones (solidly 7.75x6 imo) or maybe John Holmes (8x6?) added to it as well.

do you account for curve in any way or just measure along the top? Seems like upward curves always get, er, the shaft, while downward curves are over measured.
Best we can do is estimate how much straightening the curve will add based on the severity of it because if you're fully hard and you manage to straighten out your curve then you'll cause some damage. Most curves add about 0.125 to 0.5 which basically covers the range. I did post something about measuring the under side in the same place you would start at the top and then average them both out to get your true length.
