You actually CAN make permanent gains like Dredd did. It just takes a long time, and you're definitely not gaining over an inch of length or 3/4" girth. It's allowed in the 10k challenge. You can even find scientific studies documenting length gains with extenders.

@sdp has a log here where he documented his gains. He stated out huge , but gained roughly an inch of length.

My own just hid up inside me somewhere. That is is ghastly. I wasn't able to find that video, thank you for that. Do these guys even make much money doing what they do these days?
