I think you MIGHT be spot-on with these, BUT you also might be a quarter inch too low.

The measurement photo of Brick suggests he COULD be as big as 8.25. In that case, it would make sense to put Harden at 8.5.

Flynn looks like he still might be 7.75 in this scenario, because Brick may actually be a good half inch longer than him.
