As other users noted, the penis is not a perfect cylinder. Most dicks are a bit wider than deep. Some close to a cylinder, some way wider than deep. (I've never seen one deeper than wide). Shane's dick never actually struck me as wide and flat but more circular in shape or at least average.
For example, someone like Shorty Mac would be very wide and flat in shape. Danny D is an example of a cylyndrical dick, Lex is wide and flat. The 2 of them have identical looking widths, but Danny D has more girth due to being fuller and more circular. Even forgetting the fact that dicks aren't a perfect circle, keep in mind a very slight difference in width makes a huge difference in calculating circumference. 2.5 vs 2.3 is a HUGE difference. So you have to be careful in guesstimating just from that.
Another interesting thing is a priapism will cause the penis to grow thicker mainly width wise. Many PE exercises do the same thing.

I would prefer Billy's dimensions as girth is preferable, it is also would look better when naked and would carry a much bigger bulge in my opinion.
The only problem would be a significant percentage f women, including escorts if a man chooses to rent that type of service won't be able to take it, but having 6.5" girth would be awesome.
