When I post all the information then you will see but yes if you are under 7 inches which is like 96% of men or 95% of men, then you can won´t be able to bottom out a decent % of women when they are fully turned on. To round down 9.25 inches to 9.0 is a sizable amount (no matter how small 0.25 inches is on a ruler). Something like 1/16 though can be rounded or even 2/16. When dealing with penis sizes we need to be as accurate as possible this is not human height where rounding to the nearest 0.5 of an inch is good enough.
People are on average +5ft tall, there is a lot of inches and quarter inches to spare in being that all. Meanwhile all penises in existence are under 10 inches except a rarity of the alleged Jonah falcon or some with a disorder like the mexican man with excess skin.

John Depth may be 8.25,I can agree with that,I guess the curve makes him and Boz look longer than they really are.
But if Slayer is 7.3 Boz and Mann are definitely in the 8 inch+ club and John Depth is as well
