at the top of the shaft where it meets the body and straight out to the tip is how I do it, a simple 6.5 for me

There are multiple ways to measure. So guys have a few extra inches below their balls and some are able to use their perineum (or hands) to get some of those missing inches "out". If I measure on the top I'm 9, but putting pressure below my balls produces 1 more, so I claim 10, as this is what I can penetrate with.
