He refers to the agency as his ex-agency. He also said he’s suing the agency and that the experience has strengthened his relationship with Angel.

The whole statement was made over 5 story posts, but here’s the clip where he confirms that he and Angel are together still.

Personally I’m not super in to the idea of them adding other people at all. Melvin is posting and tagging Angel, Angel hasn’t shared anything except for a picture of Daniel Cesar on twitter. He hasn’t commented on or liked any posts that Melvin has put up. He’s just accepted the collaboration request on Insta… he hasn’t even bothered to share them to his stories or like them. But he has been out basically every night partying in Miami and liking all of Daniel cesars posts. He has mentioned Melvin once in a story that was him showing the house he’s rented and it was just a tag in tiny writing. I think Melvin is acting like they’re still together until they release the last videos they’ve recorded together and then they’ll just say they’ve split up. no one will want to watch or buy the videos if they’ve split up, clearly Angel just can’t be bothered keeping up the pretence and is letting Melvin do all the work. There’s no way he would still need to be in Spain at this point especially as he’s still in the villa that is owned by the agency that apparently screwed them over… the math doesn’t add up.

Once I noticed the pattern in their videos I stopped watching. I immediately assumed it was Angel who placed these ridiculous boundaries on their collaborations. Of course I don’t know that for certain but that’s where I laid the blame. If the rumors of a breakup are true I’m glad! Melvin can do much better in my view.

I don’t think Angel wants to do collabs at all, I’m not sure, maybe their old agency encouraged it and he just went along with it. I don’t think they should have to do anything they don’t want to.
