What makes you treat a woman like lady? and some women like plain women? if that makes any sense but i can't seem to explain it better.

I treat every woman like a lady.
I think of every woman as a lady.
By-and-large, every woman I've dated has been a lady.
Mostly, I preface my gfs name by Lady, e.g. Lady Anne, Lady Cynthia, etc.
I open doors, seat them at chairs, offer my arm, etc.
I treat woman (and men) with utmost respect.
I realize we all have faults and shortcomings but I try to see the good in people.

If you act like a lady, chances are you'll be treated like one.
I don't agree that every woman is a lady, just as I don't think every male is a man.
People of all ages and genders can act as immature fools and be treated as such.
If you act responsibly, the likelihood of you surrounding yourself with anyone who acts the opposite will be less, which will more than likely attribute to being treated kindly, as a lady or a man.
