Menstruation Man

It sounds like the name for a super hero. I think it's pretty cool.

"When the streets run red with vaginal waste, when bloodstreams no longer lead piranhas to food, when Aunt Flo is drowning in a sea of her own blood, when people start to get really grossed out by menstruation, who you gonna call?"

(Does a facepalm of laughter):biggrin1:

Wonder if he'll be in a history book for this.

Thanks for the story. Eye-opener about health issues in other countries.

Wow. Very sad that such every day things, which are common for us, aren't as "normal" in other countries.
I can't imagine having to use dirty sheets and rugs during my period.

much love to the Menstrual Man. he shook off a lot of cultural taboos to change the lives of thousands of women  woot, woot for him.

when ever flannel goes on sale i buy in bulk to make re-usable sanitary pads for women in developing nations. more friendly to the environment, and not a monthly expensive for women/families.

cups are amazing and super earth-friendly.. bu heaps of places lack sanitation/running water to be able to rinse the cup efficiently.
