Oh! I didn't realize there was a difference.
I've had a MFM waaaay back when I was 21. I'd love a MMF, but I'd settle for a MFM.
I think the same way, but a little bit different.
The MMF is obviously bisexual act, there's no discuss.
Is in the MFM one where resides the discuss since there's the possibility to fuck in the same hole and some people believe that 2 cocks rubbing together inside a vagina/ass is a bi act.

Though anything's possible, I think the the vast majority of MFMs outside of porn are mostly of the spit-roast variety. DP is probably exceptionally rare, DVP or DAP so much more so.
//Edited to add: Though I still believe that it only crosses the line to MMF when the guys kiss, blow and/or fuck each other. The only gray areas I can think of would be M/M titplay or licking her clit while she's getting fucked (again: very odd and rare).

naaaa the first answer to the OP was right- MFM denotes no sex content between the two guys- they are the drones purely engaged to service the queen's honeypot. Me personally?
