Just catching up with the Season 2 finale of 'Love Victor' on UK terrestrial TV and even though,Cimino is very pretty and sweet I am totally bemused by the storyline's lacklustre direction compared to what was promised so much from Season 1 !

I felt the story should have stayed laser-focussed on Victor and Benji's relationship,but seems to meander off to other 'empty' non-binding subplots,so that the strongest Season 2 character(s) was neither Cimino or Sear,but the main screen mother Isabel Salazar (played by Ana Ortiz of 'Ugly Betty' fame).

I know LV is highly-regarded by US-based commenters,but for the same subject matter,it is not a patch on Euro-equivalents such as UK's 'HS' or Sweden's 'Young Royals';here in the UK,we will be getting the final Season 3 soon enough,so I am hoping the main story strand will pick up in time.

P.S. It helps in its UK transmission,LV was scheduled after 'RuPaul's Drag Race UK' ;although the obvious 'eye-candy' of the gorgeous Cimino and to a lesser extent,Sear made it,more worthwhile.
