I find it difficult to separate the tattoos from a person's appearance when their body is covered with them. Especially on the hands and neck.
I think it is active to current members but at the moment not allowing anyone to join. I'm not a member, but I recall hearing this happening to other accounts before. For them it was temporary and back up in a few hours.
