He is Jewish and Streisand, also Jewish, has the same hairdo for A Star is Born. Back in the day people in the media called this an Afro. That was 40 years ago. The style has come back and I assumed it is still what we called an Afro. or a Fro.. whether worn by Blacks or Whites. I may have become non PC. It is what we used to call it. Sorry I am old.

Perhaps you don't see the rememblance, but quite a number of people did.
