One story with Michael Landon on Bonanza. They were shooting a scene and had to stop partway through, Landon being the joker he was decided to move his cock over to the other side Hence the whole scene had to be reshot again. He was well aware of his bulge and how much it showed. I also read that they all wore the same clothes / costumes throughout the series so that they could use stock film footage to save on time and production costs.
