It came across as very much a “this is what you’re getting” situation rather than a custom video made to the specifications we had discussed.
After I expressed my disappointment, I was not offered a solution to address the issues with the original video. Instead, I was asked to pay additional money to have it redone, which I did not feel was fair given that the original video did not fulfill the request I had paid for.
I'm not posting this lightly, especially because I genuinely liked his work before this experience. But after spending $400 and waiting a month, I feel other people considering commissioning a custom should know what happened to me and go into the experience with realistic expectations.

Did you pay through OnlyFans? You can submit a complaint.
I did. And OnlyFans told me they don't give refunds and that it wasn't their problem.
Interesting. I submitted a complaint and got a refund. As long as you can prove through documentation that you didn’t receive what you asked for, you should be good.
