Are mods just deleting all media without even waiting for a DCMA request? They must have alerts set on this thread. Hey moddies!
Yea, hard to believe he or someone working for him monitors this thread that closely that content is removed almost immediately. And he's not on the "do not post" list- if he was then I could see moderators removing content. Is anyone receiving a warning or reason why content is removed after they post?

Unless someone is on the DNP list or the posted content breaks some other LPSG rule, it's my understanding that the mods wait for a DCMA request, they don't proactively look for content to remove.

If a content creator pays a company to scan for illegally posted content and that company uses automated resources to do that scanning, it's quite possible that the time from post, to report, to takedown could be quite short. As automation gets better, I would expect the shelf life of posts to get shorter and shorter.

That's what I said. I posted it and I didn't even get a notification. No warnings, no banning, not anything

I had a warning once because I asked for someone to DM me a video.

Does this video show his face?
Asking someone to DM you, in a thread, is against the website rules.
There was a time when threads were filled with "DM me" ... "me too" ... "me too" ... "me too".
It could literally go on for pages.
It was obnoxious AF.

"Moddie" here, lol.

We handle performer content removal a number of different ways.

A DMCA request or Reports are just one of many methods.

Never underestimate what any performer does to get his/her content removed from LPSG and other sites.

We comply completely with all aspects of DMCA/copyright laws and requirements.

We don't proactively look for content to remove; it's reactive.

Again to a variety of methods employed by performers/models and their representatives to get their content removed.

And again, we comply fully with DMCA/copyright laws and requirements.

If a content creator pays a company to scan for illegally posted content and that company uses automated resources to do that scanning, it's quite possible that the time from post, to report, to takedown could be quite short. As automation gets better, I would expect the shelf life of posts to get shorter and shorter.
Again, performers/models employ a variety of techniques to police and remove their content from social media sites at which they do not wish to have their content posted.

Many performers make their living from social media. And choose how to control how it's accessed and where it's allowed to be shared.

In closing, let me again state that LPSG prides itself that we are in full compliance with all applicable legal and other requirements of DMCA/copyright law.

And you can bet if we get any contact from a performer to remove content, it will be removed. It's the law.

Rather than continue further discussion here, which technically is Off Topic, shoot me a PM and we'll go from there.

Thanks
B :)
