For things that get deleted by DMCA requests, you'll earn points towards banning, and those points expire after so much time. If your point total goes beyond a threshold, then you'll get a banning. The first banning is short. Each time you reach the threshold the banning gets longer.
I don't know what the threshold is, how long each banning is or how many bans you have to get before it becomes permanent. But it is progressive in nature.
There are things that can get you a permanent immediate ban, but DMCA Takedown Notices are not one of them.
