He looks much older because of all his cosmetic surgery, botox and fillers. Which is quite ironic really....

Glamour shots are usually heavily edited. (photoshopped. filters, makeup. lighting, etc..)
Their glamour shots are nice to look at but in person I doubt that these people look like what's on their heavily edited photos.
