In my experience, you don't find or pick up older women they will find you and let you know if they are interested, had a handful of women in their 40s and in every case they approached me and initiated the hookups. They also had countless stories of younger guys that would try but 9 times out of 10 they had no interest in the guys that were trying.

what is this "wing man" bs.
if one needs another man to hold your hand to meet a woman, maybe that person is not mature enough to meet woman and form a relationship.
let him grow up a bit more and get to the point where he can face rejection.
