Military silkies

Yeah that shirt is a tribute to the nature of language and how its culturally bound. 'Mirin" = Admiring.
Bruh = brother as we all know. It's like that phrase some folks use at the end of every other sentence:
nomesayin?
Yea...he's a gym bro! Need to find out who he is. I want to hear his alpha voice

Boy, the inconsistency of our culture. Short shorts are now and have been for some time, kinda "gay" but.... if you're a military guy with the right kind of shorts, THEN it's okay.
Reminds me of the inconsistency of "low hangers." If you're young (and esp if you're fit) and your balls hang low, you're praised. If you're old, somehow the exact same ballsac is "geriatric" or "old man with low scrotums." Go figure.

Well, I do not know geographically where you are from, but for about three years shorter shorts have been quite popular around here (Mid-Atlantic state) among the younger guys. Never saw knees before but now it is totally out of style to wear shorts hanging below the knee. Taller guys especially seem to be wearing shorter shorts that have a leg length that only goes half way down to the knee - or shorter !

And isn't that weird? Each generation apparently thinks the previous one's views on clothing are dumb.
I'm glad there are more short shorts around. I always thought those long shorts in the 90s were utterly absurd, but there was no convincing guys of that era how stupid they looked.

I am old enough to have seen styles come and go and come and go. Socks have gone from knee highs down to no-shows and back up to knee highs as athletes this days are wearing compression socks.

There is a tailor across the street from where I live. Since the '90s, I have paid him $$$$ to shorten shorts that were too long to 6" inseams. When boardshorts became long, I refused to buy them.
Silkies are a good option for the beach if you don't want to wear a Speedo.
