Is it impossible to look like this without smoking because ALL of these health conscious models have this disgusting, health threatening habit. I am only aware of one model who does not smoke out of hundreds I have followed.

Smoking keeps your weight down. I know that’s why a lot of female models smoke. Don’t know about male models.
