I own a few pairs. As someone mentioned, not too practical for normal use due to the ridiculous bulge they create. I find them really comfortable to sleep in however, as someone who has always been extremely picky about what I am able to comfortably sleep in- generally look for something that is as loose as possible but still keeps everything contained. Boxers are awful because they offer zero support and junk goes everywhere as I move in bed. My go-to since college has just been boxer briefs-usually slightly older and worn out pair that I purposely further stretch the pouch with my hands. Kind of a contained freedom if you will. Wildmant underwear kinda do the same thing, material could be nicer but the support makes sleeping comfy.

Yeah the monster cock pouch is big, it’s 20% bigger than their big boy pouch. I’d recommend trying the big boy pouch and if you need more room get the monster one. I like the fit of the monster cock pouch on their boxer briefs a lot myself. It’s the first pair of underwear that I feel fits everywhere nicely for me without my dick pulling the elastic down much. This is me in my Monster Cock briefs today, I'm not really all that big, especially compared to @MisterThickDick .
I think that @Hugo20 shouldn't have any trouble filling the pouch soft. There is a little extra volume in the pouch for the guys with filled or pumped balls, but even for me, it's not excessive.

Personally I don't like a big forward bulge, and if the Big Boy pouch is 20% smaller, I would bet that I would have an experience similar to @John1971 and they would give me an indiscreet bulge. I bulge enough in clothes already.
