Yes. They all must be run by the same agency as they all put out the most deceptive ppv descriptions and they must just build into their pricing model that some people will get refunds. They are banking on some people buying and just not requesting a refund and others requesting a refund but getting denied by whatever random customer service rep reviews your request.
