He'd be better if he gave up his job (and got a better one of course), shaved that beard off (perhaps have a smaller one and some other facial hair if he wants), not bothered about the skinhead (but would look better if he had hair if he wants hair on his face), oh yeah, finally change his style and remove those tats.
