I started stretching about 14 months ago and my first retraction happened at around the 12 month mark. I wasn’t that consistent with using the Phimocure rings so I believe I could've retracted sooner, maybe at around 8 months, it’s hard to know.
Here’s a few things I’ve done that have helped me nearly overcome Phimosis.
1. Let’s start with cleaning. When it was too tight to get my finger inside my foreskin I used something called an ear bulb. It basically fills with water and you can use it to squirt some lukewarm water inside your foreskin. I think this actually helped desensitise my glans too so that’s was a surprise bonus.
2. The first thing I tried for stretching was Phimocure rings. Coconut oil helps with softening the skin and getting them in. I used them for about 45 minutes a day.
3. Once I was able to get my finger inside my foreskin (with the help of coconut oil), I moved my finger around to lightly stretch it a little. I did this with an erection btw because doing it soft wasn’t really doable.
4. I started taking baths daily (it was cheap because I was in Thailand) and used the Phimocure rings for about an hour in the bath. This was a lot easier and gentle and I never felt sore after.
5. Now being able to retract I just leave my foreskin retracted while I get ready in the morning while in the bathroom for about 15 minutes or so. I also leave my foreskin retracted while I watch TV in bed for around 1-1.5 hours every night.
I’m not quite at the finish line because it’s not a smooth gliding motion when I move my foreskin up and down and my frenulum is a little bit tight when I'm hard. With that said both things are becoming easier and feel more comfortable with each passing week. I might need to add in some frenulum stretches but I think I’m 95% there.
I hope this is helpful to somebody.
