One naked dude would not create chaos where I live. If he backed up traffic, someone would kick his ass, move him to the side of the road, and traffic would resume its normal pattern. it wouldn't have to be a dude either. We've got some country gals who'd love to do it.

Naked mental illness episodes can be a bit harder to live down than just the regular kind. At least he looked good while he was doing it I suppose :D. Possibly this was caused by drug use, but it's a bit unfair to make that assumption, and whatever the cause mentally ill people do not belong in prison. Watching this video I really think more could have been done to curtail his little performance and prevent him from hurting himself. I hope he's okay.

Screw the naked cowboy, figuratively and not physically. He was one of the first regular offenders with a theme to regularly entertain the tourists in Time Sqiuare, now there are dozens of these entertainers from the Naked body paint women and their business agents ( Johns ), to the Elmo, Spiderman, Batman and so on. They harass tourists for money and heaven help you, if you do not tip enough, some assault you. Not that I am one sided in the argument, I am not fond of the tourists either :D

Actually they and the rest of the shake down artists were relocated to a small section of Times Square, they step outside and they get arrested, nude or not

some mentally ill people are dangerous, and sometimes they commit crimes...
prison is actually a great place for some lunatics
