For the record mine isn't quite long enough, and I'm 6' tall.

I ain't never not heard of this! Mine reaches my navel but its not that long anyway! Some guys navels are at different heights anyway so what use is this test? My navel must be really low!!! I don't want to join the navy so I will not take part in their entrance exams either.

A lot of guys seem to think if your erection reaches your navel that it does qualify you as "hung". I say it would depend on how high your navel is.
That can depend on your height among other things. I would go strictly on ruler measurements to determine if I am "hung" or not.

I posted a few comments to some pictures about "erect you can reach your navel", as an indication of being hung. Flaccid indicates a need for a different adjective.
