I total second the last advice. Legs to chest or simply lay on your back and lift your legs up and have them lean against something so you are relaxed. Bend to your right and play with a long slender dildo. Insert to the "stop" point about 7 inches in and then relax and breathe deeply and continue to apply pressure. It might feel like quite a bit is needed but too much will feel uncomfortable...so just keep the pressure below that pain point. At some point it will slip past the stop point as if the dildo slipped into a new chamber...which it has basically....and feel a little weird but not bad. Continue to insert and this is when, at least for me it was another 4 or 5 inches in (now about 11 inches total), I felt some dull pain. Relax and hold if you feel this pain start. I think it is the other bend of the sigmoid going from horizontal to up. Breathe and relax and then just move the dildo in and out very lightly and massage this inner passageway. I would do this and then pull it out completely to relube and then resend it in. Initially I had to push through the door again so to speak but after some time it will be much easier and eventually with the short strokes and relubing, the initial stop and relax point isn't there anymore and the dull pain that was felt deeper never materializes and you'll find to your excitement 18 inches have gone in. It took me almost 10 times of some serious dedicated sessions lasting an hour or more to get accustomed.
