Good question and one better answered by an IP lawyer lol even then, it's like heads of a hydra. There are still similar sites that exist that do more or less the same thing.

was it actually “seized” or did chaturbate just buy the domain name from the host before recurbate could renew it? because if that’s the case then anytime that happens they can just buy a new domain name.
