You are aware that every sking color got melanin in them right. Try to sleep under the sun with no protection for a long period of time and see what will happen . It's either your skin will get super red or get dark it's not that hard to get . It's notural he got exposed to the sun and his sking got darker. And if you are updated you would know that ENGLAND these days sun is more burning than africa so i know what i'm saying. And yeah it looks natural to me cause that's how eastern skin react to sun exposure.
