Some of the most judgmental people I've met with regards to tattoos are tattoo artists! Art is Art. If someone hated a song or band that I like I wouldn't accuse them of hating music.

pretty sure it's addressed in the show around his first appearance that he is naked all the time. i think he himself is invisible but his clothes aren't, so if you don't see floating clothes, it means he's naked. best case scenario, something liquid but somewhat adhering, like blood, gets all over him and reveals his body, otherwise he'll always be a disembodied voice for comedic effect
