I watched the first episode of the show and I don’t know what the hell I was watching. Did they burn down his house? Is it a crime procedural with light comedy and ethnic slurs?
It's just a comedy show, setup thru the lens of interrogation with the ultimate goal of finding who burnt down the Mill's house. It's definitely funny, the S1 ending threw me off tho.

I don’t know, I have a hard time distinguishing between comedy and drama these days. When I watch and think it’s a drama like The Bear, but find out it’s a comedy instead I’ve learned to jump ship. I watched the whole first season of Insecure and thought it was a touching drama. Awards time came and it was listed as a comedy. It ruined the whole premise and made it flippant and dismissive as a comedy, I didn’t go back.
These days some shows will mark themselves in multiple genres that don't fit so they have better shots at the awards. The bear is a comedy, there's nothing funny about that show, it's full on drama. But by listing it as a comedy, they can get awards from that category if they can't get them from drama
